Mykhailovs’ka O. «Fractals as a degree of organization
of investment processes under modern conditions» – The fractal dimension of the Dow Jones, FTSE-30,
PTS, and PFTS stock indices, which identify the investment processes in the
USA, Great Britain, the Russian Federation, and Ukraine, is studied. It is
shown that this dimension is less than 1.5 in all cases and decreases in all
segments for 10-15 last years.

transport infrastructure: a state and problems of the post-crisis development»
– The state of Ukraine’s transport infrastructure by the most significant
components is considered, and the role of the transport in the economic growth
intensification is analyzed. With regard for the current program acts, some
necessary measures concerning with a widening of the international
collaboration in transport branches and the directions of modernization of
elements of the transport infrastructure are proposed.

the innovative activity of a personnel» – The methodological peculiarities
of both the use of and the incentive to the innovative activity are considered,
and the main approaches to the improvement of a promotion are outlined.
Yatsenko Yu. «The world
experience of the foundations of methodology and organization of the financial
equalization: lessons for Ukraine» – The world experience of the
introduction of schemes of financial equalization is considered and
systematized. With the help of generalized methodological and organizational
foundations of this equalization, it is concluded that the calculation model
acting in Ukraine for interbudget transfers is inefficient, and the holistic
state’s policy of financial equalization should be developed.

aspects of variative investment decision-making» – On the basis of both the
notion of superattractiveness of an enterprise for investors and a mathematical
model of its estimation, a methodological approach to the choice of objects for
the investment is proposed. The methodic positions for variative investment
decision-makings, which are of practical importance (by the example of
Ukraine’s food industry) and allow an investor to optimally choose an object
for investment, are developed.

Drob O. «Optimization of the transfer
pricing in economic networks: some theoretical aspects» – A model of
optimization of prices under condition of the maximum profit from the
production and the sale of products is proposed. The relationship of the
elasticity of a demand with respect to the price and the number of departments
of the net, which realize the independent pricing, is clarified. Some
recommendations as for the creation of an efficient system of transfer pricing
are theoretically substantiated, and the certain criteria for management
decision-makings aimed at the maximum profit of the net are determined.
